95% of UK companies are experiencing a shortage of technical skills

For Companies

Two of the most valuable currencies for startups are time and money. By saving entrepreneurs on both counts, founders can bring their dreams to life without such high barriers to market.

We also know that diverse teams win. They are more creative and more innovative, they make better decisions, and they outperform less diverse peers when measured on profitability.

By lowering costs, giving them back time, and creating more diverse teams, our goal is to impact the micro and macro economies in the UK, for instance when these companies go on to create jobs, or to improve the lives of many with the services they provide.

After climate change, Africa’s jobs crisis will be a defining challenge of our era
— New York Times

For Candidates

Up to one million Africans are entering the job market every month, yet fewer than one in four get a formal job.

We Are Kusudi exists to tackle this jobs crisis. And to make sure the response is innovative, empowering and ethical.

For too long, emerging markets have been viewed as a source of cheap, second rate, labourers, who are treated as second class citizens. This must be recognised as exploitation, and must be changed.

We have worked alongside countless Kenyans who are highly educated, extremely motivated, eternal learners. Yet true high quality career opportunities in the market, that offer autonomy, career progression, high wages, work-life balance, are only available to a tiny percentage of the candidate pool.

We Are Kusudi exists to broaden these horizons.
