What this is

We Are Kusudi connects software engineers to remote roles at leading UK startups. It’s free for candidates and always will be. We have a rigorous application process to find the best talent out there, so you can expect to be put through your paces, and feel even more proud of yourself when you land that dream role. 


This is not outsourcing; you will be a full-time, remote team member, working for one company and hopefully finding a role you stay in for years to come, receiving promotions as you go.

The Kusudi Way

We work with small numbers of candidates at any time, so we can really get to know you and offer highly personalised placement and support.

All candidates receive coaching (think topics like ‘How to nail your interview’, ‘basic business skills’, ‘financial wellbeing’ ) to help them succeed and we also offer peer to peer mentorship and support for all candidates that have been successfully placed with one of our companies.

  • Watch this space! Whilst we know a lot of software engineers enjoy the quiet and focus of working from home, we also know many of you would like the option to come together in physical spaces.

    In the near term, we are going to look at giving access to coworking spaces. In the future, we are dreaming up opening our own offices that you can use as you wish, be that one day a week or five.
